LST Consulting Engineers, PA was founded by John Lewis-Smith and Tim Tredway in 2002. We offer mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services. Design services include heating and air conditioning, plumbing, lighting, power, telecommunications, and controls for buildings. LST offers a variety of non-design engineering services including cost estimating, energy analysis, facility audits, building envelope testing, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) services.

Our staff consists of registered professional engineers, engineers-in training, student interns, and administrative personnel. Our track record proves we can deliver on schedule and on budget, acting as the prime consultant or sub-consultant. We have experience in design build and traditional design-bid-build project delivery methods for educational, military, commercial, municipal, healthcare, and high density residential projects. Our clients include architects, developers, school districts, business owners, and contractors, with total construction values ranging from $25,000 to $50 million.
