HVAC design services include forced air, geothermal, variable refrigerant flow zoning (VRF), heat pump applications, energy recovery systems and controls design. We provide waste & vent, storm water, domestic water, solar water heating, hospital gas, natural gas and propane piping systems design.

Electrical Engineering

We offer power and lighting design services for the construction industry. Our power design capabilities include building electrical service and power distribution, emergency power and UPS systems, voice and data network infrastructure and fire alarm system design. Lighting design services include general purpose interior lighting, sports lighting, theatrical lighting and controls, exterior lighting, energy efficient lighting systems, and controls.

Energy Modeling & Sustainable Design

We offer energy calculations/modeling for all model energy codes. We have LEED accredited professionals and have completed many LEED certified projects providing LEED MEP documentation.

Construction Administration

LST can provide a variety of construction phase services including shop drawing review, construction observation, and opinions of probable construction costs.

Building Envelope Testing

LST provide building envelope testing services. We perform building leakage tests in accordance with ASTM and US Army Corps of Engineers standards including infrared thermography.

Facility Planning

LST can assist in your facility planning programs by offering system audits, feasibility studies, life cycle cost analysis, and opinions of probable construction costs.
